FAQs

Do I need to sign up for Covertime Club?

No. Every customer who buys an eligible policy is automatically a Covertime Club member. There is nothing to register for separately.

How do I earn Covertime Points?

Points are earned as a percentage of the admin fee on every eligible car, van or learner driver policy. Your earn rate starts at 10% and increases as your status grows, up to 20% for Pioneer members.

How do I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed through the Covertime app at checkout when purchasing a new policy. 1 point = 10p off the admin fee.

When do my points expire?

Points expire 12 months from your last policy start date. We will remind you by email and push notification at 60 days and 14 days before expiry.

Does redeeming points affect my status?

No. Your status is based on lifetime points ever earned, not your current balance. Spending points never costs you your tier.

Can I use points on any policy?

Points can be used on car, van and learner driver policies purchased through the Covertime app. They cannot be used on policies purchased via comparison websites or in conjunction with other promotional discounts.
