MyLicence | MyLicence provides us information regarding a potential customer to check their information and provide that to underwriters. |
Lexis Nexis | Lexis Nexis is a system that provides us with identity and anti-fraud checks, ensuring that customers are who they say they are. |
Trustpilot A/S | Used to collect and manage customer reviews. Trustpilot send review invitation emails on our behalf. |

Motor Data Solutions Ltd | Motor Data Solutions offers specialist IT and data supply services to the UK MID industry. They process our (your) insurance data to the MID. |
Cloud Flare | Cloudflare is a network that helps websites and services run faster and more securely. Used to secure and protect customer data and shield against malicious activity. |
KGM Underwriting Services | KGM are an insurer. If your policy is insured by KGM your data is shared with them for policy administration purposes. Your data may be shared with other third parties in the event you need to make a claim. |
Trustpilot A/S
Covertime may contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and products (the “Purpose”). We use an external company, Trustpilot A/S (“Trustpilot”), to collect your feedback which means that we will share your name, email address and reference number with Trustpilot for the Purpose.

Covertime may also use such reviews in other promotional material and media for our advertising and promotional purposes to help other customer’smake informed decisions about our products and services.
Information transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
The data processing and storage facilities of some of our Third-Party Data Processors may belocated outside the United Kingdom. When this is the case, we used approved standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses)to help ensure that your data is protected to the standard we would accept. By sharing your data, you agree to this transfer, storage and processing.
Keeping your data secure
Covertime uses Microsoft access control systems to apply cybersecurity principles, ensuring that data is protected against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Key measures include authentication and authorisation, encryption, access controls and regular audit of our data protection measures to ensure they remain effective.
Sending data over the internet is not completely secure. Covertimewill do its best to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its security, and sharing data with us is done at your own risk.
